We know that a comfortable night’s rest is part of the Stellar weekend experience. The expansive alpine location of Adventure Unlimited Ranch allows us to provide an array of lodgings with various price points and amenities — all close to the main Valerie Lodge or Aspen Grove, where dancing, workshops, activities and meals are held.
ALL PRICES BELOW INCLUDE THE FULL WEEKEND ACTIVITIES (DANCING, MUSIC, WORKSHOPS, JAMMING SESSIONS, CHILL TIME ON THE RANCH…) AND MEALS. (Does not include bedding/towel rental; or any private lessons, if any.)

CABIN BUNKHOUSE ROOMS
Our most affordable lodgings are bunkhouse-style heated log cabins with three to seven sets of bunk beds per shared room. Twin-sized beds in modern, wooden bunks (a few are Xtra-Long twins). A few rooms have a combination of single twin-sized beds and bunk beds. Refreshing, cozy atmosphere. Carpeted or wooden floors. Shared clean, heated, full indoor bathrooms (accessed directly from your bunk room). Decorative fireplaces in some cabins.
All bunkhouse room assignments will be in these bunkhouse cabins – and depending on which option you select, the number of your roommates will vary.
For 2026, we’re offering a new bunkhouse room option, offering more privacy – you can select “double” or “triple” in a Bunkhouse to be paired with only one (“double”) or two (“triple”) more people in a cabin room (with bathroom accessed directly from that room). You can register with a friend (or two) to fill your double/(triple) bunkhouse room; or register separately and specify their names. Or we will assign a roommate(s) to your double/(triple), subject to room availability and other people registering for a double/triple bunkhouse that need a roommate. NOTE: Quantities limited—first come, first served.

You will be assigned to either a double room in Aspen Grove – or a double Apartment style room in a Cabin.
Deluxe Double – Apartment Style:
Deluxe double occupancy room with private full bathroom. Apartment style room in a Cabin. 2 Xtra-Long Twin beds. Private bedroom with natural lighting. Your “apartment style” room might have a sitting area with a small couch or chair, or a (decorative) fireplace. Your beds will be made, and towels will be provided.

Deluxe Double – in Aspen Grove Lodge
Deluxe double occupancy room with private full bathroom. 2 Xtra-Long Twin beds. Your beds will be made, and towels will be provided. Quaint upper-level room with natural lighting and large windows, and a balcony. Located in Aspen Grove Lodge, which has a ground floor sitting area with couch and chairs (which we use for workshops & jamming), and a shared kitchen, dining, living room area. Note: These bedrooms are not Handicap accessible, but the ground floor common area is.

CROW’S NEST
NOTE: Quantities limited – ONLY ONE ROOM OF THIS TYPE—first come, first served

This room in Crow’s Nest is a premium double-occupancy room – the only room for Stellar that has a Queen Bed. A special place to rest your feet, after all that dancing! The individual cabin has a living room, separate bedroom with a queen-size bed and full private bath. Your Queen bed will be made, and towels will be provided. The living room features a cozy sitting area, (decorative) fireplace and large desk. Note: This bedroom is not Handicap accessible.
Crow’s Nest Cabin

NO HOUSING OPTIONS
We encourage all attendees to lodge onsite in order to experience the full wonders of the dance weekend. However, if you wish to attend, but chose not to sleep over with the dance community — we offer a very limited number of No Housing Option to attend. This includes full attendance and all meals, just no housing.
NOTE: To be able to put on the Stellar weekend, we must cover our costs thru sales of Attendance including Housing to all attendees. The “No-Housing” Option is currently available to a limited number of CHAFFEE COUNTY LOCALS ONLY at the discounted $325 rate; and we’ve recently added a very few slots at $525 for others who do not live locally. If you do not live in CHAFFEE COUNTY, please do NOT register for a Locals spot (registration will not be accepted). We’re encouraging Local Chaffee dancers to attend, and have applied scholarship funds to discount their attendance.

HOUSING TERMS: Rooms are First Come-First Served. We will do our best to accommodate your top room choices and roommate preferences, yet reserve the right to substitute similar room types, or offer you other options if your choices/preferences are sold out/unavailable. When the dance registration is sold out – if you attempt to register, you will automatically be added to a First-Come Wait List. Late fee for registrations (if not sold out already) after December 16, 2025 will be $50.
PAYPAL FEES: Our pricing above does not include the PayPal fee. A fee of 3% of will be added to all orders, as you check out to pay for any amounts owed to Stellar/AVMAD. NOTE: Your credit card will reflect the charge from Arkansas Valley Music and Dance.
DISCLAIMER/FLASH SALES: From time to time, we will be running limited-time Early Bird pricing or Flash Sales. These sales will provide a discounted price during a specified time period. The Early Bird pricing and Flash Sales will be publicized via our website as well as email and social media. If you make a purchase during times that we are not running Early Bird or Flash Sale, that sale is final for the price you have paid.
