Registration - Stellar 2027
This form will allow you to register yourself and a second attendee (if applicable), select housing preferences, as well as pay optional rental for linens. You may also purchase Stellar merchandise (when available for orders). We will also ask you several questions about volunteering and other dance weekend items.
Pay by credit card (Visa or Mastercard) (via PayPal - a 3% PayPal processing fee will be added to each item purchased below). It is not required for you to have a PayPal account or login to PayPal. Confirmation of our receipt of your registration request/order will be sent to your e-mail address.

If you Register and pay in full during the Early Registration period, a discount will automatically be applied below at end of this registration form. Your discount will be reflected in the total at check out.
Accommodations at Adventure Unlimited Ranch
We do our best to accommodate your accommodations request, but cannot guarantee your choice. All registrations submitted with full payment are processed first come-first served. Once we process your request, you will receive a confirmation to the email you used for registration, letting you know if your request is accepted or if you are waitlisted due to capacity/room availability. (See HOUSING & PRICING tab on website for pictures and room descriptions.) NOTE: To be able to put on the Stellar weekend, we must cover our costs thru sales of Attendance including Housing to all attendees. The discounted “No-Housing” Option is currently available to a limited number of CHAFFEE COUNTY LOCALS ONLY at the discounted $325 rate; and a NO HOUSING ATTENDANCE at $525 for others who do not live locally. If you do not live in CHAFFEE COUNTY, please do NOT register for a discounted Locals spot (discounted registration will not be accepted, and you will be charged the non local rate).

Bedding and Towels
NO BUNKHOUSE ROOMS ARE PROVIDED WITH BEDDING AND TOWELS - unless you select and pay for Linen Rental below for each person ($30, per person). If you do not rent Linens, Bring Your Own Bedding and Towels for Bunkhouse Rooms. NOTE: All Deluxe rooms require Linen Rental, so $30/person is added below as an extra charge to the listed room rate.

Volunteer Support
We won't be requiring Volunteer shifts during the dance weekend - and no need to help in the kitchen with dishes (we're hiring local staff to help)! That gives you more time to enjoy your Stellar weekend (see the RECREATION tab on the website for ideas of how to explore more of our local area.) But we'll have a voluntary sign up sheet on the weekend, or you can volunteer now (below under "OTHER" box). Maybe you'd like to help with: weekend set-up; greeter at the welcome desk; on-site housing coordinator; general dance weekend inquiries; coordinating volunteers; the raffles and weekend fundraising events; clean-up crew; sweeping our dance floors; weekend break down; etc., or something else?

We started a year in advance to get the dance weekend running again. We're always looking for volunteers to assist with organizing the dance, way before the weekend starts. Each year we need a Talent Hosting & Transportation Coordinator. Or, do you have skills with graphic design, web site development, marketing, photography, soliciting sale & donation items from businesses, or grant writing? Make a quilt for our auction? Or do you have other "in kind" donation items that can help keep our dance running? Have a special talent to offer a workshop? Then we'd love your help - please reply below. Our dance can't run without the generous help of our volunteers! THANKS! (Check all that apply)

All attendees are subject to the terms listed in the GENERAL INFO tab on the website.
The list below shows the amount of payment retained by Stellar in the event that a registration must be cancelled. Your registration fee, less $100, will be refunded if you cancel before Oct 15, 2026. After December 16, 2026, your full fee will be retained if we cannot find a replacement attendee. Please note: Registrations are non-transferable. *The cancellation fee is reduced to $100 per person if your place at Stellar can be filled from the waitlist.
