REGISTRATION PRICING:
The 2027 pricing can be found on the Housing & Pricing page. We’re offering “Break Even Pricing” for our Bunkhouse rooms – and higher pricing for our Deluxe and room options offering more privacy. We hope you’ll pay more if you’re able; and welcome any additional donations to support the continuation of Stellar. Any donations made will help us offer a few scholarships, and add to funds to offset costs for future Stellar RMRD weekends. For 2027, we will be offering $25 off per person to Younger Attendees (aged 18-30 only) for our standard and premium Bunkhouse room options only. Contact us to explore any need based scholarships.

CANCELLATIONS:
The below table shows the amount of payment retained by Stellar in the event that a registration must be cancelled. Your registration fee, less $100, will be refunded if you cancel before Oct 15, 2026. After December 16, 2026, your full fee will be retained if we cannot find a replacement attendee. Please note: Registrations are non-transferable.
*The cancellation fee is reduced to $100 per person if your place at Stellar can be filled from the waitlist.

COVID/ILLNESS POLICY:
Check back for final details, but assuming community COVID levels remain low, we will not have any COVID restrictions for Stellar 2027. We still encourage all attendees to be vaccinated and to test before attending camp to be on the safe side.
If community levels of COVID in our region begin to surge, we may require masking and other safety criteria. All participants will be notified of such a criteria prior to camp.
To maintain a healthy environment at camp, it is essential for attendees and staff to stay home if they are sick. We understand that you’ve paid for registration and want to attend. But please have decency for your fellow Stellar community and stay home!
TERMINOLOGY:
We are joining camps around the country in the effort to make our language more inclusive. Stellar is moving forward with a goal of all workshops and dances offered during the weekend being gender-free, using Larks & Robins, and neutral terms like partner, neighbor, shadow, etc. We recognize that some types of workshops are more difficult for callers to change, so any workshop that does use gendered calling will be clearly labeled. All Stellar participants should read and agree to our AVMAD Dancer Code of Conduct before registering.
RELEASE/WAIVER:
All Stellar participants will be required to read and agree to our Release & Waiver (to be provided after registration) before attending.
MEALS:
You will receive 4 days of meals and snacks/drinks included with every type of Registration. See the Menus and Snacks page for more info.

- Days 2 & 3: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner.
- Day 4: Breakfast and Lunch.
- Hot/Cold Drinks and Snacks available 24 hours – free.
- Dietary Restrictions: If you have any special dietary restrictions, please be sure to fill out that section on the registration form.
